It is centric, great location to walk to all the main places in the village. Cosy atmosphere inside, with drinks and treats available for guests. Cute little details for customers, like crémant d’Alsace on arrival for us and bread and water on our way out and thought it was cute and thoughtful.

It’s second time I m staying in the hotel, good location to the town, very beautiful and spacious room. Clean and nice decor in the room as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great hotel to stay! The hotel’s bakery and chocolate shops were so nice Great breakfast as well!!

Very attentive, smiling and efficient staff. We had dinner in the main restaurant and it was absolutely exceptional. Of course all of this comes at a price, but if it's within your budget then I would certainly recommend it

Loved it. Had a great room with balcony over looking the vineyards. Ate at both restaurants and both were wonderful. Staff were all lovely and friendly and helped make my husbands birthday special. Access and parking were easy. Would love to return here in the future and stay longer. The town is great and very cute also.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Kaysersberg. The staff was fantastic, and were available to help you with everything. The breakfast was amazing, all freshly produced products. The Winstub restaurant was also very good. Highly recommend!

The staff was especially helpful and professional. I have stayed at many nice hotels in my life for business and pleasure but have never had service like this
