Perfect location being right next to the JR station and it is wonderful to be able to access restaurants in the same building. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. My son enjoyed coffee from the machine in the room.

The staff were so professional and helpful. We had a nice view over the city, and the room was nice and spacious and comfortable. We also tried room service (very tasty) and breakfast (an amazing selection of Western and Japanese foods, including sweets like jelly and ice cream). Also, the location was pretty ideal - mere minutes from JR Kawasaki and Keikyu-Kawasaki stations, and next door to a shopping centre and supermarket.

Near to train station just 3 mins walking. Walking distance to shopping mall, supermarket, convienient store. Room is clean. Check in process is super fast. Staff were very friendly amd helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location being a short walk from both train stations. There is also a bus station and taxi rank outside the hotel. There are may shops, restaurants and convivence stores nearby. Staff were very helpful and professional, check in and check our was very easy. Hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable and had good amenities. I have stayed here a few times now and the service and quality of stay is always very high. Room rates are competitive and JAL air miles can be earned if booked on special rate.

I was glad I spent a little more for a Comfort Twin Room. Beds were very good and we got a nice view of the trains running at Kawasaki station. Windows are very well insulated from street noise. Wish I could have stayed longer.
