We arrived after 5 pm and the reception desk was closed. We rang the after hours number and there was no reply. It was 5:20 pm. I went into a bar completely on the other side of the building complex. The person there said that the after hours phone rang through to the bar, but that they considered themselves to be “too busy” to answer it. We eventually got the keys to our room an hour latter than arrival.

Beds were really soft, had lots of pillows per bed. Had lots of towels. The girls at front reception were really lovely.

The Kawana Waters Hotel is a good pub to dine with which is just best beside the accommodation. The accomodation is just stone throw away to the shopping centre and also near the point cartwright lighthouse lookout and beach.

It was ok. The bed was comfy, the facilities were good, but it's old and the carpet was disgusting. Very stained and just needs a good Revamp. Staff were lovely and it was fine for 1 night. Based on the photos I was slightly disappointed.

The location is fabulous and centrally located. We were offered a complimentary drink and 10% off our meals at the restaurant and bar which has great food, fast service and friendly accommodating staff. Quiet undisturbed room with a balcony.
