Jay’s and Anju’s place is one that cannot be missed! ! Located on the route from Dambulla to Kandy close to both cities and many other attractions, like hill walks or waterfalls. The hospitality they offer is 5 star and the authentic food, mostly prepared from ingredients grown in their garden, is just unbeatable. You can feel Anju puts her heart and soul into the food. You must visit if not for the night then for some authentic, delicious Sri Lankan food! Thank you for an amazing experience ❤️

Jay and his sister are amazing hosts. They took care of us and were welcoming and helpful. Their place is in a beautiful garden and the rooms are decorated with taste and are super clean. They suggested many places to explore in the area. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious but also presented beautifully. The only thing was that my husband and I cannot eat as much as they served us. I would definitely recommend their place and would love to stay there again.

Highly recommend this place for your next stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, which is well maintained. From start to end of our stay, the service they offered is absolutely welcome and wonderful 😊 Happy stay 👌 Owner / staff very friendly , supportive, and provided a professional service. For their food, we can give five stars. Very delicious . .We love authentic srilankan foods. Overall, everything is great 👍 👌

We had a lovely stay at Jay’s. He is a great host and his sister is an excellent chef. They made us a great dinner and breakfast with vegetables from their own garden. We often read ‘the best curry’ in many reviews, but I can truly say that this where the best meals we had during our trip in Sri Lanka (and we had many good meals).
