We booked for only one night, arrived late and took the ferry to Paxos early the next day. For us the location was perfect, rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately, due to our short stay, there was no time to check out the pool and the bar.

Welcome from owner. Clean and big rooms and bed condition is good to sleep. There is air condition cooling down the room temperature.(However it should be cleaned to perform better.) Got the free coffee for me and my wife. (Probably I wrote that the room is noisy through booking.com messanger.

Very cosy atmosphere and a lot of space in the pool area - overall a great place pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient. The hostess welcomed and accommodated wonderfully. Cleaning was done every day. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. I heartily recommend this hotel

Beautiful family run accommodation. Very nice and spotless clean studio. Great to have a fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast or simple dinner if you wish to. Nice balcony with pool view. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owners as well as other staff (Eva, the manager). Cozy pool area with a pleasant pool too. It is located between Lefkimmi and Kavos which makes it a more quiet location (which we liked!) perfect to explore the area.

A/C is included in the price and this is definitely needed for the summer months - location is nice and quiet as its some way from the kavos strip

Good quiet location away from the busy town of Kavos, clean rooms equipped with air conditioning. The owners were very kind and helpful. They arranged a rental car and boat trips for us. They gave us tips on nice places in the area. Overall we felt comfortable there. Accommotation is good for families with children.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was really nice, spacious and clean. The food was really good, the staff was very friendly, checking in and out was easy and the coffee in the morning was delicious. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers. Great value for money. I highly recommend Niko Villas.
