Nice accommodation near the airport. Possibility of arranging a transfer to the airport. Very nice staff. Ideal accommodation in a clean room for a night's sleep before departure.

Breakfast very good made early as we had a flight to catch. 10 minutes from the airport excellent location. Owners went out there way to be helpful, even though we only stayed for one night.

Just what I needed. Clean room and facilities, good basic breakfast, perfect for layovers. Good AC and wifi. Bring earplugs - but that's a must, you are staying next to the airport.

The rooms were very clean and you could tell it had been freshly refurbished with new mattress and new AC unit Breakfast was also really good. The staff were very helpful (assisted me in printing off an important document!) Location is decent - a little away from the centre and a 500rps tuk tuk to the airport

Very close to airport. Arranged early morning taxi for us. Room very clean and comfortable. Not expensive to get to Negombo if you need something to do.

Reasonably good location and the staff were amazing. Picked us up from the airport despite our flight arriving 4 hours late and it being 4 in the morning. Breakfast was also very nice.

The staff/family was very kind, the breakfast was not special but good, the room was basic but clean. The location was good for us as it is close to the tuktuk rental office and the airport.

The property is very close to the airport and perfect for a layover. The bedroom was very clean and spacious with a hot shower. The staff are very friendly!
