The people managing the place are superb! Was really nice to talk with them, and they provided useful information about the area around and possible routes to see the island. The place was comfortable and clean. We arrived quite late because of a flight delay, but he still happily picket us up from the airport. And the breakfast was delicious!

Everything. Easy to communicate on WhatsApp for pickup- we arrived at midnight and it was no problem picking us up, we didn’t even have to wait. I am rather picky so this made my first night here very nice. It was safe&clean. We even got our breakfast in the morning and some nice tips for our travel.

I arrived at BIA around 10:30 PM, and the host was very helpful and even arranged my customized dinner late in the evening. I am a diabetic patient, and most of the hotel/restaurant foods are not suitable for me. I informed it in advance, and the host was ready for it. He came to collect me from the airport, which was a good service around BIA, as it's not a properly organized airport to collect a random Uber or taxi with peace of mind. Instructions were very clear prior to the check-in. The host was helpful for me to troubleshoot my IT-related issues on my phone and some of the apps as well. I can guarantee that Amith is looking after his guests very well, and his service exceeded my expectations, and you won't get a similar service from a 5-star hotel front desk reception who is ready to smile at your pocket. Sometimes the service is valued as it cannot be found in developing countries, especially for aged and disabled people, and I'm one of them. I wish Amith's business to grow and bring you prosperity. Very friendly host. He took us to the airport very early in the morning! Big and great room and the rooftop terrace is beautiful. Also it is nice that it is a quiet area. Great spot in Negombo!

Lovely host who collected us at 4am from airport (for no extra cost) and told us so much about Sri Lanka. He gave us a SIM card & advised us how to top it up easily and helped us with how to get cheap transport to the train station . He also lent me a charger as I forgot mine. So overall host was so so kind and the place is very clean and comfortable!!!! Yummy breakfast on the rooftop included too! Would highly recommend as a great start to your trip

It is a lovely home full of family love. Our room was nice and clean, communication was splendid. We were provided with all the help and advice we needed as first-timers on Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, our host couldn't pick us up from the airport due to a family event. But he provided us with instructions on how to get to the homestay safely and cheaply, and also compensated us for the taxi we took. So nice!

Very friendly and easy free airport pick up . Rooms were extremely clean and new. Friendly family safe place and Amith speaks great English and also has his own tour company so has great knowledge of Sri Lanka
