Being picked up at the airport in the early hours of the morning and taken directly to the villa for check-in was wonderful. This was only a short drive and the key reason for choosing Ared Villa. A tour of Negombo next morning was pre-arranged and it was the same driver we'd had earlier who came to get us. All so easy. Breakfast was ready for us at the arranged time and was a lovely introduction to Sri Lankan food. The villa is within a gated community for security and is adjacent to the family home.

Fantastic owners. Available any time - when we arrived in the evening and then when we were leaving very early morning, they were there and also organized a transfer. Very nice people. Also it is possible to have a meal there, and gosh, what a meal was that! Delicious and fresh! The place is several minutes drive from the airport, still a quiet place. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is spacious.

Kind, sociable and helpful host who arranged a taxi to the airport for the morning. Nice room with efficient AC and big bathroom.
