Set by a small lake (not suitable for swimming) and a farm the location is very nice and picturesque. Good family rooms. Nice staff. Food made from their own produce. The kids liked the rabbits and donkeys.

The Kattensteig is a wonderful experience. Comfort, service and food were excellent. The peaceful ambience of the hotel was an experience in itself and I can highly recommend the Kattenstieg to anyone wishing a quiet few days with the didvidend of a helpful hostess and a marvellous chef.

We really like this place. very clean, friendly and familiar. the food is excellent as well. the kids love it as well. our second time here and we will probably come back it we take this route again.
