Hi there, I checked out 2 days earlier and was promised a refund. I have been told that booking .com were notified of this change on the 29th march and should do this refund to me. This has not occurred as yet. Also with my booking I was not given a pin no for my booking. This has made it impossible to get in touch with your accounts department.

The location was very nice. The heater has a timer like centralised to the whole building they have particular time to turn it on. The Samoan receptionist was really helpful and very nice to us but she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Like she said to us the heater will take a while to heat the room but when we told her it’s not working she’s playing dumb “is it winter already?” They only turn it on winter. But 10pm it turns on. She said three sister is an easy walk from the hotel it’s approx 2km far with the hilly road. Good luck. Breakfast is pretty basic just scrambled egg, pastries, cereal no bacon or any meat when they said English breakfast but it’s only $12 bucks no biggy

Great location super close to the Main Street. Really comfortable rooms and nice/clean facilities. The staff were really nice and friendly. Looking to stay again at the end of my trip.

Everything rlly nice, personal and environment, is just a bit uncomfortable the structure of the beds, when you have to sleep in the upper bunk. And even if you are on the groung floor, you can't open at all the windows of the room for renew the air. Out of that, everything it's rlly nice.

Staff very friednly, hostel in the middle of the city, 1min from ALDI, 3 min. from Woohlworth, u can walkimg to Three Sisters. Everyting what u need us there! Bathroom clean, beda comfortable. And they have their own parking!!

Fantastic location beside Woolworths and Aldi. Able to access some walking tracks and view points by walking from the hostel. Heaps of free car parking. Large kitchen, easy to cook meals here. Heaps of space to socialise or spend time on a laptop. Grassy area with outdoor dining tables. The building and bathrooms are clean. Price was amazing.
