Excellent location, comfortable and clean enough. Parking available right outside the rooms on the property. Good for a cheaper motel to use as a base when exploring the blue mountains.

Great location, working around construction right now but have been before and it was fantastic. Room warmed up with aircon and it was a perfect stop over for a night, close to everything in town.

Budget accommodation in the heart of Katoomba. No bells or whistles, but it's the best value for money I can find for my regular trips to the mountains. Staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, off street parking, and a short walk to Katoomba main street. If you are on a budget and not overly fussy, this is the place for you.

This motel was actually a major Entertainment Venue in times past. It has fallen into disrepair and is being refurbished which should be finished in about 6 months. The motel section is clean and comfortable, and the price is right.

The room was immaculate, the bed linens and bath towels etc were pristine. We were given a free room upgrade and the manager threw in a free breakfast as well. There was a brand new reverse cycle air con, tv and no limit WiFi as well. The location was amazing. We crossed the road and walked up 1 block and were in the centre of all the eateries you could poke a stick at, shopping and grocery stores. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful it was a delight. The inside of the actual guesthouse part of the building was full of history and charm it was super.

It is situated close to the main street of Katoomba albeit that walking back up the main street is quite steep
