The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
- Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.DISCLAIMER:

Quiet area. Wonderful birds. The owners provide wild bird mix for us to give to the birds. Very comfortable beds. Central heating was very effective.

As a family of 5 this house was so perfect. It was warm, clean, well appointed and so comfortable. The kids loved the trampoline and my son especially loved the cockatoos and would sit in the hammock on the back deck watching them eat the seed he put out for them. The full kitchen, a washing machine and the ability for us to spread out was wonderful. The location was super quiet and felt like we were out of the town but was only an easy 6 min drive to the restaurants and supermarket in the town centre. Would love the opportunity to stay again one day.

Super spacious and well presented home, very clean and well provisioned. Beds were comfy and supportive. House is set in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with an abundance of bird life with which to engage. Overall, a terrific holiday home. Thoroughly recommended👌

The house was exactly as advertised. Relatively close to the centre of Katoomba. Quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided. Excellent heating as the weather was cold.
