The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
- Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.DISCLAIMER:

Location great and attractive. Garden beautiful. Very relaxed. Spacious good kitchen. Beds, mostly, were comfortable. Old world feeling and cute lamps.

Beautifully renovated, with perfect mix of retention of its character and charm, and modernised bathrooms and appliances with outdoor deck overlooking a large well kept rambling garden of native trees and plants. Excellent location, warm and cosy home, but spacious for our adult family. Comfortable beds and lovely lounge to relax and chill for the days and evening. Stunning garden to look out on. Well appointed country kitchen that was so lovely to gather in. Beautiful outdoor deck that was delightful for taking in the garden and enjoying the Spring sunshine!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious, well decorated, plenty of kitchenware. Had everything we needed plus more. The gardens were just stunning even came with visits from a few King Parrots. Relaxing and calming vibes all round. Great location. We could walk to the shops and walk to the Echo Point where the 3 sisters are. Bus stop about 10m away as well.

Excellent location, quiet street, 2 bathrooms/toilets, washing machine and dryer, spacious house, ducted heating, well equipped kitchen, plenty of DVDs to watch, smart TV, free WiFi.
