The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
- Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.DISCLAIMER:

Great location with bush views complete with friendly cockatoos. Large house was very comfortable and close to all the Katoomba attractions.

Great location, quiet, conveniently located, not far of everything. Great view from the house . Well presented,comfortable. Ideal for spending quality time with friends or families.

The house with 4 bedrooms are suitable for families with kids. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. It is quite clean and the view of the balcony is great. We, 4 adults and 3 kids, had stayed comfortably for 3D2N. Driving to shopping and Scenic World is convenient too.
