There are 24 hours kitchen and my room is near to the shared toilet. The bed and bed sheet are clean enough.

Great place, perfect if you are hiking in the blue mountains. The massage chair is amazing for post hike relaxation. Very clean room and bathroom. Very well placed for all nearby attractions like scenic world, echo Point, 3 sisters etc

Great position, can walk into town. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean and had a great shower. Staff helpful. There was a fridge and microwave in the shared kitchen.

The location was good. It was quiet. The manager was very nice and helpful. The building is being renovated and i'm sure it will be very nice when finished.

Nice and quiet location, staff were friendly and supportive. I like the option to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. The massage chair in the room was great. Facilities have a sauna, which can be booked and paid for separately.

Character-filled rambling big guesthouse has a Thai flavour and seems to have been designed with holistic healing in mind, but other than a massage chair in the rooms, I saw little evidence, and the gigantic dining space was empty. I saw few staff in the week I was there and it seemed like just a great budget hotel. Barely heard any noise from other guests and was happy with my very sunny room. A brief walk to Katoomba Street and walkable to/from the station. Would recommend.

Peaceful ,spotlessly clean friendly very happy and helpful staff comfortable room great facilities centrally located close to all tourist areas and shops and transport including clubs and restaurants.

Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff it has the feel of a quiet retreat , very comfortable beds with hot and cold modern sinks in the rooms white yet colourful linen well ventilated room's cosy older style bathrooms but the cleanliness is 5 star generous shower heads for a refreshing recharge after any activity. There is a modern guest kitchen and dining facilities for all fridges microwave toaster coffee tea etc a sort of semi hostel/hotel euro feel set up only with fringe benefits. Not your average, quaint and above average eco hidden gem not super luxurious but great for groups or solo travellers or families with competitive to budget rates far above youth hostels in many ways different but good. Decent respectable worthy of your patronage.

It's definitely an older building and it shows in some places, but what it lacks in modern features, it makes up in charm. We really liked staying here. It was close enough to walk to the main shop streets in Katoomba, the room was comfortable, and they have massage chairs in most of the rooms (and ones to use for those rooms that don't). Such a nice feature after a long day of hiking.
