First trip to the Blue mountains and staying in a Aussie hostel. Loved the relaxed friendly atmosphere Ross creates. Stayed in a double - great size & very comfortable. Free parking, great kitchen facilities, an outdoor BBQ area with nightly fires for a hangout, with breakfast was included. Handy to the train station & the rest of the town. You can walk everywhere Thank you Ross - will definitely be back!

Ross the main person incharge was so welcoming. The rooms were clean, everything was so perfect. Infact when 3 of us from the hostel thought of hiking the Grand Canyon hike, Ross himself dropped us as there was limited trains running to Blackheath.

Great location, just walking distance from the train station. Ross was very friendly and helpful and even let us drop our bags off when we arrived! The room was comfortable and cozy. We had an electric blanket and a heater which was nice as it was very cold when we went! All shared facilities were kept clean too

The property has a very wholesome atmosphere and is a home away from home. Ross was super helpful giving the best advice on where to go for walks and hikes in the Blue Mountains. He even cooked everyone a ‘family’ meal on the first night we arrived which was great! He took us out to watch a sunset and was the best guide for the area.

Fiona and Ross are really pleasant and wonderful owners. They take care of you. Great for backpackers and also couples as well. Very convenient place close to the heart of Katoomba, its shopping centers, railway station and its eat streets. Beautiful property, very lively vibe. Best hostel I've lived in Hands down!!

The electric blanket was cosy and warm. The bed was comfortable. It was well located for the town. A good communal area and selection of games!
