Very confortable bed. Good view from bedroom window. Lovely bathroom but more toiletries would have been useful, one tiny tube of body wash between two of us was not really sufficient.

Location - a few minutes walk from Katoomba Station - bus stop is right in front of the hotel. One can easily take the bus to places like Echo Point (Three Sisters), Wentworth Falls, Leura Mall etc - not a lack of food choices around the hotel; Thai, Sushi, Burgers, Pizzas... Hotel - the victorian setting with a real fire place (not electric operated), spacious room with stained glass windows, however they could not be opened) The lift is an 'antiquated'' type; one has to pull open the 2nd door, the 1st door is an auto door. Interesting!
