Ionut “Superb”
The villa is spacious, beautiful, and big, the pictures shown are real. It lends itself very well to vacationing with the family. The host Helen is a warm and welcoming person. She waited for us, showed us the house, and surprised us with some local products, much appreciated by the children, and for that we thank her. The villa is part of an ensemble of 3 houses attached to each other. It has its own yard separated from the other houses. The only common place is the parking lot in front. Access is from the main street, with a remote control, so everything is very easy and intuitive. The view from the upper floors of the villa is very beautiful, you can see the sea, and you can also relax on these terraces because there are sunbeds and tables. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, we are 4 people, but the villa is also suitable for larger families because it has 3 bedrooms and a living room. The distance to Chania is a few km, maximum of 15 minutes by car.
Omri “Superb”
Since it a house, one of the most important thing to say is that it looks exactly like in the pictures presented here. But it's definitely not the most important thing of them all, since this spot is reserve to the home owner and host - Heleny. This greek lady is the finest example of hosting at it's best. It looks like everything the house contains is well though of and you will find yourself not needing to ask for anything. And if you will, ask - she'll take care of it. Heleny is the kind of host that really cares about your vacation and will make sure to advise you and recommend you how, where and what will help you achieve the best result. But frankly, that's not even the best part. Upon arrival, after a delayed flight, Heleny welcomed us with dinner set on the table (i wrote in advance to make sure that there will be some place open to buy food and she told me not to worry about it). And if that's not enough, every once in a while she would surprise us with another and another staple dish from the crete kitchen. More over, location wise you will be 15 minutes by bus from chania, in a quite but zesty neighborhood. Minutes by foot from the 3 best beaches in chania.. If you considered picking this place, do it.
