The fine print

Please note that guests are offered with free 40 units of electricity consumption per day. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 9 per one electrical unit (kw).
The property does not allow parties, subletting or any other commercial use of the villa. Only registered guests will be allowed to stay overnight in the villa.
The first day villa cleaning is included in the room rates and will be provided once after 7 days of the guest stay. Additional cleaning may be requested for an additional charge at THB 1500 per time.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
