Staff of hotel was very helpful,starting from reception to the waiter in hotel restaurant if I remember correctly his name is Nabaraj Shrestha very humble and helpful guy.

We stayed here before and after our trek and we used to dream about coming back here while enduring the hardships of some of the trekking accommodation. This place was wonderful before we left and it felt like paradise when we returned ! The staff were particularly diligent and helpful and the buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel of this level.

Good location. Great breakfast. Amazing staff. Clean and specious rooms with balconies. Everyday cleaning! Laundry available. Very quiet. Great place to relax after weeks of trekking. Highly recommended.

Everything! Stayed at this hotel for the third time during my trip to Nepal. Again, the staff are just lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable, with great views from the balconies. If I go back to kathmandu, I will definitely stay here again. Couldn't ask for anything more!
