Very friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bathrooms were great. The breakfast was particularly good and varied. Central location. Highly recommended; we'd be happy to come back.

The stay was quite comfortable. I had my elderly parents with me and the staff was quite pro active to help them. All the services were excellent. Food served was also very good. We really enjoyed the stay at kailash boutique hotel.

I liked everything. Excellent room, very friendly and helping stuff, great location (not too noisy, but in a couple of minutes you’re in the very center of Thamel). Tasty food and coffee. Cozy atmosphere. Great choice!

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we were comfortable. The hotel rooms were fantastic—well-heated, with plenty of warm water, and the beds were so cosy that we slept like babies. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great selection of food, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were especially lucky to have Dol, the hotel manager, assist us with our trip. Since we arrived without a set itinerary, he took the time to plan an incredible 10-day journey for us, filled with amazing experiences and hidden gems we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. His recommendations and organization made our trip truly unforgettable. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. If you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and outstanding service, this hotel is absolutely the perfect choice! We would highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future.
