Great location, near the main attractions and shops but also very quiet. Staff is super helpful, nice complementary breakfast, very clean and spacious room. They also provide drinking water. Great value for money, would definitely come back!

Pros: Very nice staff, super friendly, Airport pickup, responsive on WhatsApp, spacious room and big bathroom Cons: Very loud street and no noise insulation through windows PS: Water pressure in shower medium, hot water not always hot, no elevator

The staff is very helpful and goes over and beyond to help you with anything. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the position is perfect. The hotel is close to everything. When I left they also gave me 5 rupees to pay my taxi and allow me to not withdraw money on the way to the airport. I absolutely recommend staying at this hotel!

Location was very good, staff so helpful. Room was clean, with warm blankets. You can lock everything in the closets and inside still a small safety box. I made a mistake, when I thought I paid the room already online, left early in the morning when staff wasn't there. It was so embarassing for me, but staff was still so polite and understanding, helped me to find a way to send the money when I already was faaar away! I really appreciate how they dealed the situation even it was my fault.

Very big and spacious rooms, staff were really helpful when we wanted to extend our stay/go elsewhere and come back. Good location right near everything in Thamel but still quiet at night
