We stayed at the hotel Mulberry for 8 days-long enough to rate it appropriately. And I can use only superlatives to evaluate top-notch service the hotel staff provided. The location is central, yet far from hustle and bustle of this vibrant and chaotic city. The freshness of products at breakfast was amazing and besides, the Kimbo restaurant enabled us to have dinner at the property and thus avoid eating out, which might be an issue of concern in a city like Kathmandu. The hotel definitely deserves to be ranked as a five-star one.

very comfortable rooms, breakfast included which was delicious, great views from the rooftop with a lovely clean pool, all staff were very friendly and helpful, good location to in Thamel - walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping.

This hotel was way beyond my expectations. I had booked this hotel for my parents stay in Kathmandu for two days before their flight home. The room was superb, spacey, clean and well maintained. My parents were super happy with their accommodation. The staff were so helpful and cared for my parents well, from the manager to the service staff. They even arranged transport to the airport as they had a late night flight from Kathmandu. I cant thank them enough, customer service at its best and hotel is top class compared to the others in the area.

Room 708 was spacious and quiet, with lovely views. The infinity pool was a real bonus, given that the temperatures were 28+ degrees Celsius. The gym was a good size and had enough equipment to enable a workout. Nice friendly staff and good food. The hotel is well located if you want to do touristy things or just relax.

Breakfast - great, lots of options Pool a bit cold and not big, but as it was a low season we was alone at the pool so it was great. Location is great, near the small community shops and also to the main brands stores. It was our 10th Anniversary and they kind made a great bed, with roses and balloons and even a small cake to us to celebrate. The manager that was in the day we arrived was amazing, really amazing and kind, but the day after the manager was a bit too seriously not much friendly.
