Excellent communication before and during the stay. Helpful staff and central location. Good sized and comfortable room that was very clean. Good breakfast and able to book two great trips from hotel. Walkable to central attractions.Airport pick-up a bonus.

It was our second time staying in this hotel. The hotel staff were amazing and supportive. They booked a taxi and provided concrete information about getting necessary products. It didn't end here, they made a follow up whether we got the products or not. The restaurant cooked customized food for our child. Our stay was enjoyable. Thank you.

1. Situated at a quieter area within Thamel and away from the crowd and noise 2. Excellent breakfast choices with different varieties daily 3. Clean, cozy and comfortable room 4. Excellent customer service, especially from frontdesk (Uma Tamang) who upgraded our room (and always accommodating our requests and needs) when we returned a day earlier from a tour 5. Excellent attentive and friendly services from the employees, especially frontdesk, maintenance, breakfast servers, cleaners and guard 6. Weighing machine is available on every floor to weigh luggage

First of all it was nice that they were very flexible so I could have early check in and late check out. The room is very big and so is the bathroom. Very good hot shower. The breakfast is very good with a buffet with different options and also barista coffee and different choices for eggs. The WiFi worked very well and the ac was a nice addition during the cold days in December. The staff was very helpful and welcoming as well!
