It was a superb experience staying in Hilton. It was my first stay in this chain of hotel. The hospitality was highly commendable. The food was awesome. I will certain stay in this chain of hotels. I should make special mention and express my words of appreciation for Mr Akit Kunwar at the reception and a young intern, Mr. Nabraj who received me at the airport. I loved the stay.

Staff were excellent in all areas, the restaurant, the spa, front desk staff , the concierge (Guggan) etc.. I can't think of any other trip I been on where the hotel staff are so so accommodating, well done to all.

Excellent Buffet Breakfast with a large variety of hot/cold food. Location of the hotel is excellent and very central.

The location is close by to all the hot spots in Kathmandu. Staffs are amazing Suni has been spot on with recommendation from night clubs and bars.

The staffs are amazing especially Sunil. I came for one day but due to Sunil and his guidance of all the hot spots in Kathmandu I ended up staying 4 days more. Breakfast is amazing and the view of the city are amazing. Hilton Kathmandu is truly gem in the city.

Room was delightful. Spacious. Modern. Clean. The team were just other worldly in terms of customer service. Breakfast was fantastic. Only small issue is the breakfast ordering service wasn’t great (noodles / momo). The staff kept forgetting our orders / getting them mixed up. A new hotel though so forgiven.
