The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, special mention goes to Reetu Bahini, who assisted me in arranging my domestic flight ticket and more. I loved the airport pick-up and drop-off service. I loved the charming boutique ambience. Highly recommended!

Luxurious hotel that is well-designed. Spa massages were awesome. The gym was a bit small but well-equipped. The hotel and breakfast room/shop staff was very friendly and helpful.

Basera boutique hotel offer an amazing experience, room service is fast and good, food is amazing, in the nepal restaurant you have some traditional dances to male you feel the vibe and the personal is super froendly!!! Breakfast was for me the best part, after having a good training in the very well equipped gym i ate the most perfect french omelette, accompanied by the well equipped buffet! Very high standarts of french cuisine when we're talking about the eggs for breakfast! thanks for the amazing experience
