I had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my staff memorable, they were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting Kathmandu. I will be back!

Good location although Thamel area is notoriously polluted, the traffic is horrendous and the surrounding streets are narrow, uneven and dusty. Not a single pavement. Thus, once you get inside through the gated and guarded entrance one feel as arriving to the another world. A really peaceful oasis. the entire hotel and the amenities are well maintained, clean and appropriate to the purposes. The pool at the top level didn’t work due to the maintenance work but the wellness centre was opened. the food served at the restaurant is excellent thanks to the Chef and his team. I was not impressed with the quality of breakfast continental assortments (pastry in general, croissants in particular) but that’s probably not important for the most of the guests who prefer Nepalese and Indian cuisine.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at the Aloft Thamel Kathmandu, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The food was also delicious, and I really enjoyed every meal. Concierge staff Rishav, Roshan P., and Nama were especially helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again!

Perfect stay in Aloft Kathmandu Thamel. Beautiful place, and really cool pool with city and mountais view. Good food and much chiite. I enjoyed the service, i have to named specially Sadikshya and Samrat for their high professional level job. I hope to come again in Kathmandu and of course in Aloft Thamel. Jean-Francois
