This place is absolutely wonderful! Situated right next to the river, it offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere where you can even hear the soothing sound of the river from your room. The staff is exceptional, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. Additionally, its convenient location near Kathgodam railway station makes it easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a amazing lady. Customer Service is magical. Couldnt ask for a better welcome. Most definitely the only place i will be staying when im around this area. Rooms were clean and good size. I wouldnt think twice about booking this place if you want to be by the river and are looking for great customer service and well priced rooms. Thank you to all at Utsav homestay. Your doing a great job

I recently stayed at Utsav Homestay and had a wonderful experience. What stood out the most was the incredible support from the owner. My train arrived late at night, and she stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got to the homestay safely. She even arranged transport for me and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. It was a relief knowing she genuinely cared about my well-being. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a homely, caring environment!
