The ambience of the hotel is amazing, felt like being in a very authentic temple. no street noise and hectic beaches. very peaceful and beautiful place. a lot of greenery and water combined together to create this magic environment. very beautiful rooms with comfortable bed, no noise from the street, perfect cool air, no loud AC, big bathroom, fantastic room service, drinking water in glass bottles, beach towels. a lot of areas for schilling in the shadow away from city noise and heat. i loved the swimming pools across entire area, some rooms have access to the pool from the terrace. nice selection of healthy options for the breakfast, SPA center and cool waiting room. very well maintained premises, area is very clean and pleasant to be there. very beautiful landscape design giving the feeling of being in the magical space.

The hotel was styled beautifully and the service was outstanding. The biggest bed I have ever seen and we slept really well. They had thought of everything you could possibly need e.g bath robes, toothbrush and paste, hairbrush, shower cap, mosquito repellent, umbrellas, the list goes on. Breakfast was really good and we had fresh omelettes every day. We didn’t have dinner as we went out. We were really wowed by the place.

I would definitely stay here again for my next visit to Phuket. At night the lights around the hotel make it so magical. The rooms are absolutely perfect and spacious. The staff are very helpful and always smiling.

Staff were lovely & very attentive, I got quite sick during our stay and they dropped off some flowers & soup, very sweet & caring of them to do. The staff seem to genuinely care & are very friendly. Pool area is quite chill, not too much going on but nice to go back to after the hectic streets of Kata. The restaurant is underrated and was one of our favourite places to eat in Kata, reasonably priced and very tasty food! The spa was amazing, we got the signature massage and was so good!

Magical Resort, peaceful and enchanting, especially at nite All staff inc cleaners great, special mention to K2(mia thai) & Boy, also the omlette lady with the biggest smile always P"Jan (topper) Fab pizza and restaurant just outside on right good value. beach recommend a 20min walk to kata noir smaller and classy.

The village is magical of a night, with the lighting and structures you feel like you have stepped into a beautiful and mystical land. Our pool cabana room was a hit with the swim up pool at our back door. We loved the leisurely swim/walk in the pool to the pool bar. Beds were very comfy. Close to shops 10 mins walk to beach. Perfect.

Everything was fantastic, from the moment we arrived walking through the entrance you just knew this resort had something different that set it apart from multi national/chain hotels. we upgraded to the cabana suite with direct entry straight into the pool, we liked the swim up pool bars, loved it. Room was large enough with all the amenities you would want, the shower area was huge, the deluge shower must of been 12ft high, like showering in the rain, you can also use the standard shower, the room and grounds were kept spotless by a very helpful hotel team, you will not want to miss the resort breakfast, I would say it was the best breakfast in Phuket. Superb.

Loved the beautiful hotel grounds with lovely corners and lots of places to sit and chill by the pool. Staff was super helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We were able to use shower and changing facilities in the spa on the day we checked out. Absolutely loved the swimming pool. The one that our room had direct access to was a little too cold for me (although fine for hubby) but the other pool by the reception was perfect. Really enjoyed our Thai food lesson. Massage at the spa was good. Shuttle to the beach super convenient.
