Very friendly staff, nice location near the beach and near restaurants and markets in Kata. Pool area was really nice to stay at and just go for a quick dip in the ocean.

The breakfast was amazing , the hotel was run was very well , everything was clean ! Loved the vanity set up . Room was nice and spacious

Location was excellent. Felt safe and extremely welcoming throughout the whole stay. There is a 7eleven right across the street from the hotel which allowed us to buy all the snacks and drinks we could want at any time of the day (it was 24/7). There was also Kata night market which sold delicious food every night only a one minute walk away from the hotel. Beach access is very easy from the hotel as well. The facilities in the hotel were great! It had 3 pools, our group utilised 2 of them a lot - the relaxing pool and the pool with the water slide was great fun. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was a great start to each morning. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and were able to provide us with tips and help to meet all out needs. The Discova tour table in the reception was also really helpful. We were able to book 2 trips through them - Twilight Canoeing/James Bond Island, followed by a day at Andamanda water park. Both were appropriately priced and were some of the most professionally organised and enjoyable tours that we did in Phuket!

The pools were great, and the slide was really fun for adults as well as kids. The location is great too, and the hotel grounds are a peaceful and stylish oasis to return to after the hustle and bustle of Kata beach and the night market. The staff were sooo helpful, and really made the stay exceptional.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly. Their outfits were cute! It's very family friendly. The pool was great. There is a pool area for little kids (shaded), one medium slide and big pool (good for kids) not deep. They have a movie night everyday and offer popcorn, marshmallows (kids can roast on fire), corn (must be purchased). My kids love it. Location close to beach (2 min walking). There are grocery stores, restaurants, and massage parlors in front of the hotel.

The staff were truly amazing from the get-go! The pools were great, the food was incredible and the location was great! We finally wandered down to the beach, and oh my god! took my breath away!
