The location is perfect! The night market starts at the door of this hotel. Despite that, the room was surprisingly quiet (I did not hear noise from the market). It's also a short 7 min walk to Kata Beach. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The staff provided me with 2 free bottles of water :)

Excellent location! Smart bus from the airport to the hotel is very cheap and convienient. Close to the beach and market. The room is very clean and tidy, with a cute balcony. The staff is so nice and kind. The reception helped carry luggages to the room and offered postcard sending on behalf. I would book it again if vising Phuket.

Room size was perfect for the price and the hotel's location is unbeatable. You will be in the heart of Kata night market and at walking distance from the beach. The place is lively and safe and easily accessible. If you are looking for a mid-range hotel at a good price, do not look further.

Nice hotel in the centre of Kata. Location is perfect and close to everything. There are around 8 minutes walk to the Kata beach. The night food street market with great food is just by the hotel, but it might be a bit noisy because of that until 1 am. The fruit market with good prices is also nearby as well as grocery stores, tour operators, clothes market, pharmacies, massage salons, bus stops to the Old Phuket and the airport. You can also walk to the Karon beach, it is not far. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you. The room was big and comfortable but quite dated. It looked better on the pictures but still suitable for cozy stay. Just be ready that something can be broken or old which is okay for the price you pay. We had some issues with the warm water in the shower, it just didn't work. The staff was very nice trying to fix it. But it got broken again and again for several days until they eventually repaired it. This brought a bit of inconvenience to our stay as we spent 12 days there. Also the AC was noisy but we were so tired by the end of the day, so we didn't pay much attention to it. The view from the window is also different comparing to the pictures. It is supposed to be a mountain view, but a new building in front of the hotel was constructed recently and you no longer see the mountain. But we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. It was good to have breakfasts on the balcony regardless of the view. The room service was provided upon request. So, don't forget to place the label on the door if you need it. The hotel also provides beach towels for free which was very convenient. There is also a small swimming pool on the cozy terrace but we didn't use it. Overall, it is a nice place and worths the price.
