Very clean and cozy room, with nice balcony. Friendly owners (living in the same building), always open to suggestions and try to help guests. Nice pool to cool down on hot days. They offer beach towels daily (super handy). 15min from the beach access (east side, less crowded) and mostly flat route to get there. Several hills on the area. Close to Kata Night Market with lots of good food options. Calm and quiet are, but still walking distance to more action and busy places.

Location was great. Easy walk to the beach, bars, restaurants but no noise at night. Had corner room number 15 think it was bigger than most.

The rooms are very spacious, with big beds and nice hard mattresses. They are cleaned daily and the facility offers your normal amenities and bottled water. They also provide beach towels and slippers. It’s conveniently located - a 15 minute walk to Kata beach and a 5 minute walk from the night market and other restaurants - but still secluded enough to offer tranquil nights. The owner and his family are lovely and always available to help! They really worked hard to make sure we had an awesome stay.

Sasha and his wife are very friendly hosts. The room was really very clean and big. I had to work during the day for 2 days, so I was happy with the fast wifi.

Great location, 5 mins to the market, 10 mins walk to kat beach or karon beach. ATM's and 711 are close by aswell. 5 mins to the bars and many restarants The location provides proximity to necessities but is also peaceful enough for a light sleeper.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The owner is Italian, very pleasant and positive. The location is just great, everything is close. Walk 10 minutes to the beach, 6 minutes to 7eleven, 5 minutes to the Kata night market. Excellent rooms with large windows, picturesque views of the mountain. I highly recommend this hotel, it deserves a 10 star rating.

Overall our experience was positive, the location is good, however it is a little bit far from the beach because the access to the beach is blocked by the first line hotels and if you go from the town, you'll have to go around. The room was clean,The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the night market and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. It was very quiet at night as the hotel is located in a small road with no traffic. I enjoyed our time very much.
