Initially daunting, it was up a steep hill with luggage up two flights of steps and room a little drab.... but it slowly grew on us waking to the sea view from the balcony and the wonderful hot strong shower, but especially the location... only a short downhill walk to the rolling waves of Kata Beach and the fabulous Street food market... I didnt want to leave.

Although it was on top of a hill well, that’s where the magic is. The front rooms had a perfect view of the ocean and little island. Magnificent

Very spacious room. Well stocked and maintained. Very close to beach and local shops. Hotel allowed no smoking of Canibas which was a welcome especially travelling with kids. The pool was amazing and very private. Breakfast was also very good and staff very friendly.

The location was great, the lady on reception is lovely and really helpful, the room is large, clean and has comfy beds. Very quiet but just a minute walk from the main road where the bars/restaurants /shops are.

Excellent location with great sea views. Comfortable room and excellent pool. There was an option to order food in but lots of quality eating places close by all reasonably priced. Short walk to Kata Beach.
