Nice pool with bar on floor 5 with nice sunbeds and day beds. Beach and pool towels available. Room had a small kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods. 10 minute walk to the beach, but there is a shuttle bus a few times per day. Close to some nice bars and restaurants, market and beer street.

Having kitchen in the apartments is very nice. Living room with TV is super for people with different sleep schedule )) Really like smart TV with youtube option. Breakfast is great, but coffee not so good…

Our family suite was extremely large with 3 separate rooms each including its own bathroom. There was a large kitchen but very few (if any) utensils to effectively use it (but we didn't plan to anyway).

We stayed for 8 nights in Grand Kata Vip and were very pleased with everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and good air conditioning. Room service was excellent, beds done every day, water bottles replenished. The hotel is located next to the Kata night market, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, ready to help even in the middle of the night. I would definitely recommend the place.
