Breakfast is acceptable, the room is a good size and clean. It was a pretty short walk to the beach and we were surrounded by restaurants and food stands. The facility backs away from the road, which meant it was pretty quiet at night, because this is a bit of a party area. We felt that we got really good value for what it cost.

I booked this last minute like 20 minutes before I arrived and they had everything ready for me. The staff were very friendly. The room was a great size, very comfortable bed, and a great shower. Cute small pool which was good at the end of the day. Location is perfect for restaurants and beaches.

Looking back, this was one of the best stays in Thailand—and definitely the best in Phuket. It felt like having a private little house, complete with a spacious room and a lovely terrace that made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, it was conveniently close to tourist shops and restaurants, making it easy to find great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A fantastic stay all around!

I liked the fact that this hotel was reasonably priced a short walking distances from the small bar scene in Kata. Beaches were close by and stunning. Everything you could want or need is in close proximity. I would highly recommend hiring a motorcycle to visit some of the other beaches or visit the Big Buddha etc.

I really liked location, fresh towels and new water every day plus cleaning every day. Refill of toilett paper plus helpfull stuff

Location is great if you want to explore the Kata area, with the beach just a short walk away. Also liked that it was a stand-alone house along a stretch which was quite close to food and massage parlours.

The room was large and it had a small space at the front that you could sit. Also it was quiet, but also quite close to the main road. Generally we felt it was clean and we liked it, compared to the low cost. I would recommend it.

Low cost, convenient accommodation for Kata and Karon. Lots of food places nearby. Comfortable bed. WiFi is ok.
