We landed in Split airport and it took about 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Because it was nighttime, it took us through narrow roads to reach it. At night the hotel looks like as if it's located in quite a quiet area. First we had been offered a room on the ground floor and I usually don't like ground floors. So I asked the young girl at the reception to change it so she offered us a third floor room with a nicer view to the sea and the garden. The room is very nice, big, clean and comfortable. It has air-conditioning and fridge. We wake up in the morning to see the beautiful beach and sea full of swimming and children. I loved the location. It's active and restaurants and shops nearby. And the beach was really nice. The water is amazing and has some inflatable climbing frame. Yes it a public beach but it's well looked after it and it's just at the door of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but nice. I enjoyed staying there. Split hotels are very expensive, so we choose this one as its price is reasonable and has car park spaces either inside or the road just outside the hotel.

The location is very good as it is right on the beach. Breakfast is very good (but the best items end fast an there is no reposition). The male staff receptionist that work in the afternoon/evening shift is great.

Lovely location and architecture a bit different with the big open atrium through the middle of the building. Simple but tasty breakfast. The beach directly outside was pleasant with a pretty view of Split and the islands. It wasn't far from the airport so we used it as a stop on the way to Brac after a late flight.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Our room overlooked the ocean. Comfy bed, spotless room. Easy free park. We opted for dinner included, fantastic food. Brekkie, great variety buffet style. Highly recommend this great Hotel.

Apartments were comfortable and clean, absolute beach front. Good food and service at the Restaurant. Upper floors were accessible by lift 😊

Bright building with lots of daylight Location: close to the beach, restaurants nearby Breakfast selections were great. Dining room staff friendly and helpful. Mr. Ante (reception staff) is a true people person, he exchanged our malfunctioning fridge the next day. Great customer service! Thank you :)
