Very clean, very well priced, excellent staff hospitality and perfect facilities for a quiet getaway for 2 people who want the sun, if I ever return to kassiopi I will have 0 hesitation to book with villa perris. 10/10

The host Luigi was very friendly and extremely helpful. He was always online and ready to answer all questions!! That was amazing! The room was clean with all needed things inside, located 5-7 minutes on the sea (on foot). The view from the terrace was incredible as well! We hope to come back here again

Location was amazing, really easy to find, clean, comfortable and the Luigi was awesome and sent a really detailed message with how to find it, what to do and all the important details.

A hidden gem - tucked away and quiet yet steps away from the harbour and all the restaurants and bars . The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating - fantastic communication from start to finish and he had clearly thought about the small touches ( leaving a bottle of wine and snacks for us and water in the fridge , little bottles of shampoo/ shower gel and coffee and milk sachets. ) I recommend getting a front facing balcony - the studio was quite compact but the balcony really made it and the view was fantastic !

It is a perfect location for vacation at Corfu. Very close to restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. Owners are very helpful, place is clean and spacious.

Very clean & comfortable excellent view very comfy bed nice patio area with table and chairs there is everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. The apartment and surroundings are kept well maintained and spotless nothing is to much trouble for them excellent customer service. There is a ceiling fan in the room very quiet and effective there is also AC which we did not need while we were.

Villa Perris has everything you need, beds are extremely comfortable and the air con works perfect! Lovely views over the harbour. Cleaned every other day with clean sheets and towels. Amazing! Also had water, wine and some mini shower gels and soap left in room for us to keep us going.
