fantastic location, beautiful views and incredible snorkelling right on the doorstep. Large comfy bed. Hot water at all times. Well equipped kitchen. Supplied with : soap, shampoo/shower gel, washing up liquid, dish sponge, drying up towel. complimentary wine and water on arrival.

The views at Kassiopi Bay were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Kathi is accommodating and friendly and we felt nothing was a problem for her, even meeting us at 2am after our flight was delayed, she had a smile on her face. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and Kassiopi itself is lovely, but somewhat hilly, with lots of bars and restaurants. The beach was only a short walk away and we also did a bit of snorkelling. There were lots of boat trips daily from the harbour too. Perfect location.

Excellent location. Quiet. Beautiful views. Right between 2 beautiful beaches and kassiopi town, couple of minutes to both. Very clean. Kathi was a great host, great communication.

Property was very clean with fantastic sea-views, extremely comfortable beds and the air conditioning was very quiet, good shower size and staff were very helpful. (Excellent)

A nice 4 night stay, arrived late and Kathi was waiting for us, good communication throughout. A short walk to the town downhill a bit more of a walk back if you’re not very mobile

This property exceeded our expectations. Kathi from Kassiopi Bay was an amazing communicator, and gave us such a wonderful welcome and looked after us during our stay and organising an airport taxi. The room had an amazing view of the water, comfy beds, spacious with good facilities inside the room - the photos just don't do it justice for how perfect this was. The accomodation is very close to a beautiful beach with sun beds, a hilltop bar spot for sunset drinks, and only a few mins walk down the hill to some amazing restaurants that we LOVED! We couldn't of been happier with our stay!
