The location could not be beaten. Right on the Kassiopi main beach with stunning views of the bay. The outdoor area in front of the house is superb for a sun bathe and relaxation. And, just a couple of minutes walk into town.

The villa is perfectly situated right next to the sea, so who needs a pool. There is a hose pipe to wash the salt water off too before sunbathing. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms is marvellous and very quiet. The seating under the shaded veranda makes the villa, perfect for breakfast, watching the sea, chilling in the heat of the day or an evening drink watching the sunset over the bay. There is a beach bar right next door, The Venus Bar, who do amazing salads etc. for lunch, or just to pop in for a cool beer, a cocktail or glass of wine. Don’t worry they don’t intrude on your tranquility at all and close early evening. Take the path from the rear of the villa for a quick shortcut to the main road where you start to find bars restaurants and supermarkets, so close. 5-10 min walk down to the harbour past all the shops bars and restaurants. The two bathrooms, both with showers are great.

Been to Kassiopi a few times and frequently walked passed this villa. So glad we were able to stay here. The villa was in a perfect location over looking the sea. Spacious got everything you need and and comfy outside sofa so just to sit back chill and watch the world go by. Close to all amenities, shops, bars and resturants. Would definitely recommend this villa.
