Staff very helpful with booking excursions, 10minute walk to shops. Nice pool and kitchen to use - does the job for a few nights. It’s a quiet area but good if you’re transiting or wanting to check out Chobe.

The room had a fridge and tv and was a good size, as was the bed. They organised our trip to Victoria falls which was excellent. Was perfect for our needs as we only slept there - didn’t require more.

Top Stay is a nice hotel with adequate rooms, TV, small pool, I enjoyed my stay. The air-con didn't work in the room I was assigned to and the staff moved me to another room with no problem. Gee, the receptionist was very helpful with my stupid questions and arranging onward transportation. Richard was also very helpful. It's not out of the way if you don't have a car as you can walk to town about 20 minutes( it is a bit uphill on the way back).

I didn't take breakfast, because I wanted to leave very early. The cool swimming pool was nice. Aircon very nice.

Richard was extremely helpful with our booking & recommending & organising 2 awesome safaris, & airport & Victoria Falls transfers for us. The accommodation was clean, had everything we needed at a good price.
