Easy to find, everything is clean. Bed is comfortable. Near the town proper and restaurants are just few steps. Breakfast comes in different menu everyday. no issues with hot water. Location is quite. The staff reception is very kind

Perfect location and facilities. Room was very clean with an amazing view of the marina. The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring. Breakfast is freshly made with varied options. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

The staff were amazing! They were friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. They created you like an old friend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal with only a short walk and you were in the central area of Kas. I had a room with a view of the sea and mountain. Truly amazing views. The breakfast they provided was well presented with a range of foods to chose from. Overall, l had a wonderful time staying at the Athena Hotel. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the center with its shops and restaurants. Also, the breakfast each day was delicious. I recommend a room with a balcony overlooking the water. Well worth the extra money!

The breakfast has plenty of variety of fresh food and drinks. The location is good for access to the town, however out of a 10 night stay on 3 of the nights there was external noise from nearby entertainment venues which would have been tolerable had it ceased at 11pm but it went on until 2am.

Hotel Athena is lovely, quite new and central. Close to restaurants/shopping area of old Marina. A good breakfast with option to sit outside or in. A small pool area which has space for approx 10 people. Staff were great, helpful and ready to assist. A large room with balcony, sitting area, spa bath and seperate bathroom. Good Storeage.

Beautiful view on the sea, perfect apartment, ideal location, not too close to center so music from bars at night don’t disturb, but also not far away, so it’s around 5 minutes and you in center

On the one hand the location is perfect in the middle of the Old town cute and nice but on the other hand busy streets become a disaster at night! I never slept from whole stay! Unfortunately we heard singing, dancing etc etc. probably because our room was facing the sea/bars side. I want to send great regards to the kitchen staff: all food was exceptionally tasty! 30% of the choice was changed every day! We were impressed!!!
