1. Fantastic view from window 2. Own balcony with table and chairs 3. Tasty breakfast 4. New comfortable lounge zone near the pool, which was built during the year (last year the same time there was no pool) 5. Fridge in the room 6. Cleaning in the room every day if needed 7. Area of room is big 8. Shower system is fantastic, several modes are available and convenient shower cabin.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the view was just as in the pictures. It's a great place to stay and I wish we could stay a bit longer!

The views are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is situated just outside the town centre and very short & inexpensive taxi ride to get in to town. That said if you want total peace & quiet, this is the place to come. So relaxing and peaceful. The breakfasts were very good quality, classic Turkish breakfasts. This is a family run hotel and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and we definitely return.

service and staff are amazing and fast! they are very kind and helpful. the breakfast is huge and very falling. the place is very comfortable and i really enjoyed my stay. the view/pool is amazing. i opt for the garden view but still had the oceam view. . i would stay here again and again.

The property was located about one and a half miles outside Kas, and it was too far to walk in to the shops, which was a slight negative, but I was able to hire a bicycle & later discovered that there was a fairly frequent bus service in & out of the town. The room was simple, but very comfortable. The bed was firm and provided a lot of support, which I needed, as I have a problem with my back and shoulders. The shower was excellent because it gave the option to use the normal flexible shower head, or a fixed power shower above my head. Even in high quality hotels you do not find this feature very often these days. The property had a very pleasant pool and also magnificent views of the bay and Kas in the distance. However, probably one of the best features of the hotel were, the superb breakfasts individually prepared by the hosts, who provided a tremendous amount of variety. Normally most hotels provide buffet breakfasts, and it is rare for them to prepare individual breakfasts with separate dishes in this way.
