The house has a great view with balcony. Everything is better than seen in photos. Great location (if you have a car). The owner was very kind and provided us with useful tips. It was a lovely stay and greate value for money.

This is a great place to stay and highly recommended. The apartment itself is big enough and in pristine condition. The view is breathtaking and magical. The location is on a hill so a car is highly recommended and it's 3 min drive to the nearest beach and to the old town and 1 min drive to supermarkets and shops. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

The most amazing in this place was the view on the sea and islands. It was nice to sit on the balcony and overlook the yachts below, and the balcony is separated from other balconies by flowers which provided a sense of privacy even when. there were people in the balcony nearby. We liked spacious kitchen and living room, the apartment is very stylish. The only real beach in Kas (Ada Beach) is below the apartment, but it is a long walk by a very steep road. We always called the taxi to return up to the apartment (it costs around 300 lira). Supermarket is 15 minutes by foot from the apartment, but you have to go up the hill. Every evening a family of wild pigs comes around and it's fun to watch them.

Our apartment was on ground floor with access to the garden. The host was very friendly and explained us everything about the apartment, allowed us to use his BBQ grill and gave many recommendation about Kas.

The apartment is four minutes from the big pebble beach, which has lots of sunbeds and umbrellas ( for free if you buy drinks or food) The Koytu bar and restaurant has lovely food and lots of drinks, with friendly staff It is also a short drive to Kas, and all the boat tours, shops and restaurants

Million dollar view! Kitchen was well supplied with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Lots of seating. Showers were hot with good pressure. Beds comfy (on the soft side), clean linen, clean apartment throughout. Air conditioning upstairs and in lounge (but not in main bedroom unfortunately). Three small supermarkets at 15 minute walk (uphill). 20 minute steep walk (downhill) to the town, and a short taxi ride back to the apartment (170 lira). Host very helpful with recommendations (Grand Safari boat trip, Spa Marin for Turkish hammam), and also called us a taxi to take us to the bus station. Lots of large supermarkets in town.
