The room is comfortable and big enough for a family of 4 (2A and 2C). The hotel is very close to the premium outlet.

hotel was near train station, premium outlet mall, and various ski facilities. we booked a cabin with 4 bedroom and 4 ensuite toilets, was very good for large groups.

Great location, it is just right opposite to the outlet. Staff are very helpful and attentive. The onsen is also very good. There is a convenient store on site. Scheduled free shuttle buses to Karuizawa JR train station are provided.

The location very near to Karuizawa Station, the shuttle bus is very frequent for our convenient too. Staffs are helpful & polite.
