This is not a hotel to spend a vacation at, but mostly a hotel to use when you need a cheap place to sleep with a close location to Thira and to the bus station. It was a nice detail though that they gave us our room when we arrived for a very early check in around 7am, and the breakfast was also quite good with an additional cost of 7€ which you must be prepared to pay with cash. The price for this hotel is very affordable.

Babis provided with a welcome drink. and offered for airport transport as well for early morning flight. Bus stop is just 4-5 min walk from hotel. not much climbing involved. well maintained pool. overall great experience.

Staff very welcoming and friendly and explained all areas of interest on map over a lovely cold drink.Very close to places of interest to visit and can walk into Fira.Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything at this hotel was spectacular. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Breakfast was plentiful and the location was brilliant in terms of travel to and from other areas

This is a family run hotel offering great value for money. My room was much better than expected and very clean. The service was above and beyond from the timeI walked in on a hot afternoon and was given a refreshing drink. Nice pool for a swim and chairs to sit around. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a place for a peaceful stay away from the crowds, yet conveniently located to all facilities like bus stop, bakery, cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

The room was spacious than i thought. Good value for money. And the owner of the hotel was very kind and attentive. It took me about 20-30 minutes from the hotel to Fira bus stop which i found pretty convenient.

perfect location to go to beach about ten mins on bus and ten mins into Fira. Lovely pool and a lovely family run hotel
