The hotel is 5 min walk from the beach - you'd need to jaywalk across a busy two-way road. Lots of little shops and restaurants around. My room had direct access to the pool. Rooms are clean.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a swim up room and it was nice to be able to use the pool outside the room. The main pool was lovely and always had Sunbeds available to use. The staff were all lovely and friendly! The location was also great - close enough to everything but fairly quiet at night time.

The location is pretty close to the Karon beach, not really a sea view, but a small lake (stayed on the second floor). The staff was super friendly, greeting during check in and assisting with the luggage. The swimming pool was great with a pool bar (affordable prices for food and drinks).
