The apartment was located in a great area of Karon Beach. It is a good bike ride to the local beaches, but grocery shop's and food cafes and stall's are very handy. Did have two things happen in the apartment that needed fixing, but the Host was brilliant and got them sorted immediatly. The communication with the Host was also excellent, with collecting of keys and security tags etc. The property has an excellent pool and gym, and is kept in a very clean state by the property managers. A bonus of a night security guard, gives you peace of mind for your vechicles. The apartment itself is very well set up for guests for self cooking etc. We had a great stay and would stay here again if available when we return to Kata Beach.
