From the moment we arrived everything was so easy and convenient. The resort allowed us an early check-in and late check-out due to our flight times. Our room with the ocean view was beautiful and clean. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were great. I spent so much time on the rooftop pool with enjoying the view. Room service made things easier when we just wanted to stay in. And the buffet breakfast despite not being extensive, was just the right amount of variety to feel satisfied. The gym was small but had the key equipment needed. The massage business within the resort was also great and convenient. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and wouldn't think twice about booking on our next visit. Despite it being a bit further out from Phuket town, we enjoyed being away from the busier parts. But take this into account when planning activities

We enjoyed our stay at Pacific Club Resort. Staff was kind, room was clean and the bed super comfy, pool area was nice too, with great view. Breakfast had a good variety

As we arrived at the hotel there was such a peaceful and relaxing vibe to the place. The rooms were lovely, the rooftop pool area was amazing and so was the food. Mr Sun, the manager, was so informative and helpful and a big shout out to Jose and Ron who couldn’t do enough for you and always had time for a friendly chat.

Lovely, well maintained property. Rooms were spacious, clean and had all the elements needed for a wonderful stay. Pool was clean and being on rooftop great views! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel management should be very proud of them.

We loved everything about our stay at Pacific club resort. Beds are incredibly comfortable, breakfast is delicious, the staff are amazing, the spa and massage therapists are excellent. There was absolutely nothing we would have changed. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Karon. We will definitely look at coming back! Thank you so much Sun and all the staff at Pacific club resort!

The room was spacious and clean. The neighbourhood of the hotel is quiet. The employees were very customer friendlly. Mr Sun and also the rest of employees did a good job. I almost felt like at home. I enjoyed the roof top pool. Karon beach is reachable after a 15 minutes walk.
