Lovely hotel with a nice swimming pool. We stayed in the standard room which has the outside patio area. Lovely location for us as it's away from the hustle and bustle but just a nice stroll to reach all the bars,restaurants and beach. Rooms are a little dated but doesn't detract from being clean and peaceful. Breakfast was OK, having 5 choices but staff up there are not the most attentive. This is my second stay and when in Karon again will return here. Staff in hotel are very attentive and pleasant.

The budget rooms were really nice! The space was used well, comfortable and cozy. The pool/bar area was great, I spent a couple days out there, it got a lot of sun and the staff were great. The place was very well maintained, the maintenance man was hard at work all around the place! Also the restaurant next door has amazing food.

The room was interesting; it was in the shape of a bus. I wish I had known, though, as it was not shown in the pictures on booking.com. The room was small, but it was okay for one person and a short stay. I didn't use the pool, but I think it could be dangerous for those walking on the wet surface close to the pool to get to the steps to and from their rooms. It felt slippery in my flip-flops.

it's a little away from the hustle of the main road. the pool area is nice. it has everything you need. the owner helped us with the bookings and was really generous.

Stayed in the bus rooms. Are a bit of a climb up the stairs but very quiet. Simple yet comfortable. Close to 7-11. Pool was great with sun lounges and a lovely view and breeze. House keeping particularly friendly and helpful when we needed extra supplies.

I liked the location - quiet as set back from Karon main area. Staff were friendly and pool area was nice. Mini fridge in the room was handy & 2 water bottles provided which was nice

Is a small resort, very cozy, helpfull staff, very good quality vs price. It is a little far from the beach but they offer shuttle bus service but close to shops and restaurants.
