The room was large, with a balcony, that, given the very high location of the hotel, has a view of both Karon Beach and the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful, spectacular breakfast in the outdoor restaurant, lunch/dinner in the restaurant was also very tasty. To go to the beach you can use the shuttle, but I often walked 20 minutes because it is a nice walk and the area is safe and lit up at night. Karon beach is a huge, beautiful, clean white sand beach. Much quieter than Patong. There are still small concerts at night, but the location of the hotel is very quiet, so you get a great night's sleep. It is a very good hotel, which if it was renovated and remodeled could be certainly the nicest hotel in Karon Beach.

beautiful resort, right on the hill. the staff were wonderful, very helpful. The place had a beautiful view and I loved the swimming pool. Nice and clean and we enjoyed every minute there

I loved this hotel. Having spent the last month in various hotels, all of which were fabulous, this one has to be my favourite. My husband and I had a family room, in building 4, which is right next to the pool. The room consisted of two large comfortable double beds, was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, they couldn't do enough for you and always delivered with a smile. Breakfast is definitely worth opting in for :-) - lots of choices, hot and fresh. Yes, the hotel is on a steep hill but there are golf buggies that are always available to take take you to and from your room so please don't let this put you off. As for the location, the bars and restaurants are approximately a 10 min walk away and if like me you have a fast pace, you can do it in probably 5 mins. The hotel offers beautiful views of Karon and, the ocean and sunsets.

Great view from balconies.bright rooms and in general very service minded staff! Especially the happy guy driving the golf cart up the steep slope between the buildings. Makes yiu smile every time you meet him :-) Great milkshakes / smoothies by the pool!

The pool area has to be one of the best I’ve stayed at in Thailand. Sweeping views of the Karon beach area and a stunning location to take in the sunset.

Lovely quirky hillside hotel with its own funicular to higher level rooms - wonderful experience, friendly and helpful staff, great Thai food too. Easy walking access to centre of town and beach- with hotel shuttle if you need it

The hotel needs to install USB ports and get with the times. The cable car regularly broke down although thehotel was quick to send a golf cart totake people down tothe reception or dining room. Remove the heavy chair at the room desk as it was uncomfortable and when guests in rooms above moved it it caused quite a recket. Each room was accessible to each other via a plinth at the front all along each room which could be a security concern.
